Belington Wellness Center’s mission is to provide basic wellness and preventative services to area citizens with an emphasis on appropriate diet and exercise programs. Belington Wellness Center is located next to Belington Medical Clinic and has services designed to improve your physical condition and health. It offers free diet, nutrition and exercise counseling.

Members have a wide array of exercise equipment and programs available to them. Programs include:

• Floor and water aerobics
• Arthritis Foundation water exercise classes
• Hydrotherapy
• Exercise pools that aid in stroke and cardiac rehabilitation.
