Barbour Community Health Association
Incorporated in 1973, BCHA owns and operates the Belington Medical Clinic, the Belington Wellness Center, the Myers Clinic, and the Brandon Wellness Center at Philip Barbour High School. BCHA is community owned, 501c3 nonprofit corporation and operated by a Board of Directors who are citizens from the community of which a majority are BCHA patients. Funding for free and reduced services is provided by Barbour Community Health Association, West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, and HRSA.

Belington Medical Clinic
A division of Barbour Community Health AssociationThe Belington Medical Clinic is a division of Barbour Community Health Association and belongs to the community. Our purpose is to provide quality primary health care services, health education, and wellness programs to Barbour County and the surrounding area. The cost of treatment and medicine can be overwhelming if you need care and do not have health insurance. The clinic offers several programs for moderate and low-income families without health insurance or high deductibles. Proof of income, which is kept confidential, is required to participate. Hours: Mon – Thur: 7:30am to 8:00pm Friday: 7:30am to 5:00pm Saturday: 7:30am to Noon
Belington Wellness Center
A division of Barbour Community Health AssociationThe Belington Wellness Center is located next to the clinic and has services designed to improve your physical condition and health. It offers free diet, nutrition and exercise counseling. The Center also offers a free swimming instruction program to all Barbour County and Coalton elementary 2nd and 3rd grade students. Members have a wide array of exercise equipment and programs available to them. Programs include floor and water aerobics, the Arthritis Foundation water exercise classes, help with stroke and cardiac rehabilitation continuation, hydrotherapy and exercise pools. Hours: Mon – Friday: 6:00am to 9:00pm Saturday: 9:00am to 4:00pm Sunday: 2:00pm to 5:00pm
A division of Barbour Community Health AssociationThe Myers Clinic has been serving the needs of residents of Philippi, Belington, and all of Barbour County, WV and the surrounding areas since 1933. Our rural family practice clinic treats patients of all ages and accepts all insurances except Workers’ Compensation. We are pleased to serve patients covered by Medicaid, Medicare, and the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP). Hours: Closed Daily for Lunch from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Mon – Thur: 7:30am to 8:00pm Friday: 7:30am to 5:00pm Saturday: 7:30am to Noon
ABU Wellness Center
A division of the Barbour Community Health AssociationABU Wellness Center offers on-site healthcare for all Alderson Broaddus University students and staff including acute medical care servies and primary medical care services for chronic health conditions.
Monday-Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Medical Provider available: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
